This house has several bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, which is great for a large group. It is secluded in a really nice, lush green, wooded area. Some parts of the house are updated really nicely; others are outdated and in need of repair (e.g. holes in walls, cloudy full length mirror.) There is a washer and dryer not mentioned in the listing. Closet in master bedroom was locked and another bedroom's closet had a dresser taking up all the space, so we had to use the closet rod in another bedroom for our hanging clothes. It was decently clean, but not what I would call sparkling clean or above and beyond (tons of dead bugs in the light fixture shades, note from cleaning staff said the towels were still in the dryer when we arrived, only 2 dishwasher tabs there for our 5-day stay, no artwork on the walls; there were ants and stink bugs in the house--it is in the woods after all, but once my husband removed the 10-20 stink bugs, we didn't see any more of them.) Coffee machine kept stopping partway through--might have been clogged. First floor bed had noisy cover. Pool was not in service. Owner had us check/shut off water filling the pool, and take the trash bin down the very long driveway to the curb for trash day. These aren't necessarily dealbreakers that would keep my from staying here again if I were in the area with a large group, but for what we paid for cleaning and other fees, I would expect a little more attention to detail.
