"I really loved the desk person Dan. He was super! So attentive and kind. He makes you feel like you are his quest at his home. The hotel itself was nice with large rooms. Love the coffee in the lobby, as well as the breakfast spread. I used the gym and liked it as well. The pool however was small and no hot pool which was disappointing. I would have liked the cleaning staff to wipe surfaces of desk and night stand etc. There was crumbs and dust that were there for the entire stay so I know they just made the bed and emptied garbage. No big deal but I noticed it. Also, there should be a shuttle service of some kind to the international airport in Philli. "

"Front desk personnel very helpful. Quickly helped me get the fan working in my room upon check-in. There was a brief outage with the wi-fi, which I confirmed with the front desk. Within a half hour staff called back to confirm I could reconnect without issues. Plan on staying there again next month."
