"Overall property was very nice The listing said Pets Allowed so we booked it - then we were told Pets were not allowed unless approved with vaccination documentation, along with another form, which was a Contract that needed to be submitted. The approval process for the pets was not clear, requiring numerous contacts with the Property Representative; and the overall approval process was much more than any other property we have stayed in."
