The fridge in the room went out and when I brought it to the staff's attention, never got an im sorry, just was told that i must have unplugged it. Why would I unplug the fridge when i needed it. Was cold when i put stuff in it. That didnt sit very well for me at all.

Obvious staff shortage , very kind bathroom so crowded and toilet so Low that I was afraid .hotel obviously an attempt to fix and expand an out moded facility. Really not acceptable for elderly or physically impaired . Front desk staff very gracious and helpful , but have very little to work with.

At 3 am there was a group of people in the next roo that were loud and partying loudly. They must have come from a bar and planned to continue the party at the motel. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room wasn't working
