Guests have access to entire second floor (2 beds,1 bath) , except mechanical room. The first floor has a separate entrance and is a separate listing.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots and an additional disabled parking spot which is shared with the first floor unit. Roadside and parking lots are options for additional cars, trailers, etc. Be sure to read the history of this house in the living room.
