Property # 9963943ha Did not get the “check-in information” such as the exact address of the property as well as the location of the key to the condo until I called expedia & Vrbo personally ON THE DAY OF CHECKING IN (3 hours before check-in time. Stayed on the phone with them for 50 minutes to get that information until they emailed it to me. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but the condo was clean and welcoming and overall nice. There were coffee, popcorn for snack. There was also dishwashing liquid, towels, shampoo and conditioner. The dishwasher was not working and it was hard to get hold of person who was managing the property. It would have been nice if they would attempt to call us for the check in information earlier and help us finding the place. The Condo is located about 40 minutes from Brian Head and 90 minutes from Bryce Canyon. There are several places near the property to eat. I recommend Amber Kay’s café for breakfast and Brunch. Overall it was a good trip, but not excellent.

Check out time of 10:00am was a little ridiculous, overall the property was nice, very clean and fully furnished. Lack of parking due to so many townhouses in the same complex. Cleaning fee was a little higher then most places for you have to technically clean before you leave. Host fee the same. Real high for what the host actually does.
