Nicely furnished & Spacious Basement Apartment. Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah!
There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon is 20 minutes away, Cedar Breaks 30 minutes, Brian Head 45 minutes, Zion National Park 75 minutes, & Bryce Canyon 90 minutes.

Comfortable and convenient
This is the perfect little place to stay in Cedar! We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and it’s close to SUU, which is great for running back and forth during our kids’ sports tournaments. The apartment is always clean and well stocked, and the property managers are easy to contact and very responsive—we needed remote batteries and a can opener and they responded within minutes. I love the kitchen and being able to not always eat out when we’re away from home. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Stay
This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. As before, check in and out is very smooth. The place is welcoming and the location is perfect for the Shakespeare Festival! Our host has great communication and kept us comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the washer and dryer are amazing. We would highly recommend this to others!!!

Close to Shakespeare festival and the rest of cedar city. Only downside is noise upstairs since it is a downstairs apartment with it’s own side entry and parking.

The key code lock to enter the property was broken so we could not enter the apartment. Family members worked with owners over the phone to try a side door key code and this was broken as well. Eventually, the daughter of the owner came with a friend and after 1 1/2 hours, we could enter the apartment. Because lock was not working, we stayed at this apartment one night only and then went to a different apartment where the key code worked.

Shakespear Getaway
The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with many cooking needs (oil, butter, spices etc) that are not found in many rentals. We had everything we needed. Didn't have to talk to the property manager at all. Plenty of room to park two cars off the street. We had a very positive experience. Only one minor complaint. You can hear noises from the upstairs in one of the bedrooms.

Great space! Perfect location in Cedar City!
This is a very welcoming space! It was perfect for what we needed. The one bathroom is a good size and the beds are very comfortable! As was stated in other reviews, you can hear some noise from the family who lives in the home above, but nothing that ruins your stay! We will definitely rent here again!

Excellent stay
We stay here as part of our trip to Bryce/Zion National Park. The apartment was clean, and well-furnished. Our stay here was very good. The location is also convenient to the highway. The owner took great care in decorating the house, so we feel very at ease. One improvement is that the house could improve on the noise because this is a basement, and we can hear noise from walking upstairs. Overall, we think it is a very good stay.

Cute Basement Apt
This basement apartment was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Apartment was clean with beachy decor and stocked with all the necessities for bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and laundry needs.
