"My family stayed in this hotel a couple of times already. We love that the mall and restaurants are nearby. There is a 7/11 and bakery beside the hotel. The hotel has no fridge and microwave but has a water refilling station in hallway, Cable TV, Free wifi, safety box and hair blower. Great for long stay. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed 17 to 21 Nov on 11th floor. Great hotel and excellent customer service from all customer facing staff. My room needs a refresh though as room was a bit worn , some wood varnish , a lick of paint perhaps but after I stayed the first evening it felt like home.
