In the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, 20 minutes from the sea and the mountains, very close to the Haut Languedoc Regional Park and the Canal du Midi, the Domaine Sant Apolis, with an area of 2 hectares on a hillside, is the paradise for nature lovers. A dominant view of the village and the vineyards complete the change of scenery.
The estate has 2 accommodation:
A 3-room bungalow and a chalet in the pine forest
The domain is fenced, it includes a pine forest, a children's playground, a tree house and a 12 x 6 infinity heated heated pool.
The swimming pool is secured by barriers and security gates.

Our little paradise: playground, heated pool, wonderful view, nice landscape, kind owner!!
Our second stay in this wonderful Domaine and we enjoyed every day there- the comfortable small house, the tree house and little playground for the children, the big garden, the fantastic view from the terrace and of course the breathtaking heated infinity swimming pool! Apart from that the owner Christophe is very kind and helpful and speeks English very well. Sand beach is thirty minutes by car, very good restaurants, bakery and big supermarket close in Cazouls-les-Béziers. We travelled with two little children an a baby. We will come back..!

Séjour agréable et accueil parfait
La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description. L'accueil est excellent et chaleureux. Hôte très attentionné et disponible. ( Excellent souvenir de l'apéro dinatoire et de la baignade nocturne) La situation est très bonne pour visiter la région. Compter une demi-heure de marche pour rejoindre le village à pied. Et la piscine, chauffée, mérite une mention spéciale ! Bonne taille, vue sur les vignes et le village. Absolument délicieux après une journée de visites.

Un paraíso en el sur de Francia.
Lugar perfecto para los amantes de la Naturaleza. Casa muy cómoda en medio del campo y viñedos. Perfecto con niños a los que les encantará la piscina climatizada, la cabaña del árbol y la tirolina!! Christophe y su familia encantadores,amigables y siempre atentos a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Merci beaucoup familia pour tout!!

Eine wunderschöne Domain, ein toller und sehr gepflegter Pool, schöne Unterkunft in einem separaten Bereich für bis zu 5 Personen mit kleiner Terrasse und wunderbarem Blick über die Weinfelder. Vermieter/Familie ist sehr nett.

Simplement Magnifique
Splendide propriété, ou les enfants et les plus grands se sentent comme à la maison avec une superbe piscine chauffée d'où la vue est tout simplement magique, proche de la mer pour passer un moment sur le sable et dans la grande bleue, ou rester au calme sous un soleil généreux dans le domaine, le propriétaire est simplement génial, donne de bonnes adresses suivant les gouts de chacun, nos enfants ont apprécié la compagnie de son petit garçon et ne se sont pas ennuyé un instant, bref, des vacances réussies et un endroit ou nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, en résumé c'est un petit coin de paradis.

Très bon accueil, maison propre et proprio très sympa. Le véritable plus est la piscine chauffée (juste ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir rester longtemps dedans!) avec des marches et un petit fond par endroits, parfait pour adultes et enfants! Nous retenons l'adresse! Merci encore!

Notre superbe séjour à Cazouls
C'est dans un cadre idyllique que nous avons passé cette semaine de vacances. La piscine est une excellente alternative à la plage les jours de vent. La maison et le parc sont très bien entretenu, le propriétaire est au petits soins et très sympathique. Idéalement située cette location offre tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les enfants ont adoré.

Agréable semaine passée à Cazouls. Le propriétaire et son fils sont charmants et très acceuillants, ils sont de très bons conseils. Nos enfants et nous, avons trouvés des amis. Nous espérons y retourner. Nous conseillons à d'autres de tenter l'expérience. Nous avons passé des soirées très festives. La piscine était sensationnelle!!!!! Magnifique
Nous avons grandement apprécié l'accueil, le confort et la disponibilité de notre hôte Christophe. Il fut pour nous un bon guide, une personne fiable, attentive et très efficace (surtout suite au bris d'une conduite d'eau réparée immédiatement ). Séjour parfait, le gîte est confortable et chaleureux, la vue sur le village est imprenable et que dire de la piscine ! Les enfants en parlent encore avec émotion. Que de bons souvenirs suite à notre séjour chez Christophe et Julien.

Nous avons passées un séjour superbe dans le domaine. - Acceuil très chaleureux - Domaine très relax et agréable, ambiance familiale - Contact chaleureux, spontané mais discrète avec proprétaires/famille - Gîte: tout propre avec tout confort, vue fantastique sur les vignes. - Très belle piscine, chouette, chauffée et avec vue ouvert. - Varia: promenade "sauvage" avec enfants dans les environs (cartes dans le gîte et bureau de tourisme); visites villes, nature, canoé et autres en abondance.
