"Camping agréable, chalet confortable, seul bémol une route au-dessus, peu fréquentée, on était hors-saison mais tout de même et de l’autre côté du camping une route nettement plus passante on entendait de loin la circulation un peu gênante. Mais malgré tout la nuit était calme"

"Only 2 nights spent at La Paille Basse but it was really lovely. Would happily come back here. The team running the place were really friendly, the property well looked after and the accommodation as expected."

"Séjour de 7 jours en août, points + endroit très calme sans enfants,dans un chalet sous bois ä l ombre car très chaud,gérants très sympa et accueillant ( des anglais en France depuis 30 ans ), Resto sympa et bon,grande piscines et propre, Point - , aurait besoin d une rénovation, n'a pas eu de soirées spéciales manque de personnel . Dans l ensemble très agréable, pas prévu pour des personnes voulant faire la fête et assez isolé."

Possibilité de commander du pain et des viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. "

"Nous avons fait un court séjour de passage dans la région. Le mobil home classique que nous avons loué était très propre et comportait tout le nécessaire pour manger, se laver et dormir. Même si le mobil home n'est pas récent, c'était suffisant pour nous apporter ce dont nous avions besoin et propreté impeccable ! Le gérant est vraiment sympathique et serviable. "

"Accueil plus qu'etrange et vraiment pas agréable, nous avons du attendre 20 minutes la personne devant l'accueil (qui n'était pas sur le site en horaire d'ouverture) la personne ne savait même pas que nous avions une réservation m'a demandé si nous avions déjà réglé et m'a donné un logement au pif. Le logement était nettoyé par les anciens occupants (pas super clean) et surtout aucune désinfection n'a été faite ni avant notre arrivé ni après notre départ en période d'épidémie plutôt moyen."

"Stayed for 2 nights as part of a road trip around France. Nice clean site, helpful staff, out of season so very quiet. Like 3 of the other hotels we stayed in during this trip, the swimming pool was not open when we tried to use it despite it being advertised, but otherwise all good"

"With easy access to surrounding areas, the gîte is in a great position. The gîte itself situated at the back of the property, was quiet and private. Our hosts were very helpful, providing ideas on sights to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

All in all....great.

"Overall this was very good. Friendly staff. Nice big bedroom. All very clean and tidy...although it could do with updating, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean but tired...although well scrubbed. The breakfast was plentiful with fruit, cereals, pastries, meats, cheese etc We didn't eat evening meal but it looked OK, but we went to old town Brive for a look around. Overall excellent stay and especially considering the low cost."

2 steps from the historic center, pleasant, quiet gite with beautiful saltwater swimming pool

Quiet location

"We were greeted very warmly by Philippe and his wife, and they offered us coffee when we arrived. We were then shown around the accommodation and given details of the surrounding area and attractions. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our break and in a very quiet area, but easy to find. Nothing was too much trouble for Philippe during our stay which we enjoyed immensely. We hope to return next year, and would definitely stay here again. "
