"Authentically shabby chic chateau, an experience you will never forget. Excellent place for a large group (we were 12 most of the fortnight) and perfect for eating drinking and talking late into the night. The pool is good and needed in the summer (38 degrees while we were there). Despite the large indoor space it was the outdoor living that we particularly enjoyed. Not a place for people who want modern conveniences, but if you want authentic old french this is perfect."

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....

"This was a fantastic apartment, two good sized rooms that kept cool by being downstairs, the lounge/kitchen was upstairs and perfectly appointed, easy to cook in and comfortable to relax in. The swimming pool was great to finish the days off with a quick dip and the shower / bathroom was great too. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the location was very good to see the whole region."

"La région est charmante, le domaine est magnifique, le parc, la piscine et la vue sont plus qu'agréables. Les commerces les plus proches sont à au moins 15 minutes en voiture donc il vaut mieux ne rien oublier en faisant les courses mais c'est le prix à payer pour une tranquillité absolue. Les autres logements n'étaient pas loué, un autre pour notre deuxième semaine, c'était parfait pour nous. A voir la cohabitation quand tous les gîtes sont loués mais l'endroit est magique!
