"Great Service and a place to just chill"

"The Caye Hotel is in a great location on this island. It's right across from the water taxi, close to a large number of restaurants, and right off one of the main "roads". As of March 6th 2025, they are still working on adding elevators and a pool. It looks like they are nearing completion of the public rooftop area. Will be really nice once complete. The only issue we had was that the window style in the rooms (glass slats) do not seal out all noise, so you can hear the activity outside the hotel in the evenings. It did not bother us since we brought a white noise machine, but it is something worth noting."

"Very quiet resort. The pool, the grounds and facilities are all kept very clean. Unless you request, room service is not provided daily. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"First and foremost, the staff are wonderful people. They were welcoming and accommodating. We had a unit on the water and enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. The restaurants are good and the Happy Lobster around the corner is also good. They arranged our groups ground travel from and to the airport and that went perfect. We arrived by ferry and the scheduled shuttle ferry filled up with a large group before we had our luggage. They returned quickly for an unscheduled run to get all of us. The rooms are very clean and staff came daily to restock and clean. The north side of Caye Caulker is developing but easy to rent a golf cart to visit highlights like Bliss Beach or south side with many restaurants. Thank you, Blue Zen "

"Great location "

"Excellent property, probably the best on the island. Located just north of San Pedro town and an easy golf cart ride away. Close to the Truck stop/food carts which has several options for eating. Also not too far from Secret Beach. Beaches are well maintained and staff is very friendly and abundant. Multiple pools which are convenient and clean. The main pool is super pretty with views of the ocean. Overall an excellent property. A nice perk is they do laundry room service for free but I had something new ruined so I wouldn’t suggest having them clean anything valuable. If you want to get away from the town chaos, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommend it."

"We loved it here, easy to relax the days away. Staff is attentive and food is good. Vibe is amazing. We did most of excursions while staying in Caye Caulker so I can’t speak to those services here, seemed they offered a good list of adventures each day. We did rent a golf cart at the resort and that was super easy to do. "
