"The staff at the house were kind, helpful and prompt to address any of our requests. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable but could use some repairs. We had a torrential rain one night and the rain poured into the house through doors and windows. The wifi did not reach most places in the house, so that was inconvenient when we needed to be inside due to rain. "Hernán made himself very available and was helpful when asked about places to eat and things to do around the island. The internet connection was very poor however it seems that may be an island wide issue. Hernán was very flexible with us as our flights got changed and he allowed us to both check in early and check out late which we were very grateful for."
