"Stunning building, friendly staff. Great room with private balcony with view of the mountains. The bathroom room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was extensive and had lovely different options. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Paper thin walls, could hear the next room flush and showering. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind. The main light switch for the room couldn’t find until later when I found the wall built half way across it. This property was rated 8.6. Really! Next day I checked and down to 6.8. Still to high in my opinion. "

It is hotels.com problem to have such low level beings named a hotel. Shame on you hotels.com Your description should be more accurate, because we depend on it at selection time."
