"Scam hotel… when i arrived at hotel which is around 5:30pm and ut was datk already amd i gound the hotel is like abandoned hotel… not even a single lamp is on… all dark… even the reseption is dark no light at all… tried to call the hotel but they hang up on mr when heard im talking in english… the reseption door is lock also meaningthere is no one there… ive already paid for my stay here and still doesn’t get any refuns from Hotel.com"
