Gold Standard - Palm Life is located on the north island of Caye Caulker. This is the newest area on Caye Caulker. The condo was completed in 2019 and offers upscale rentals with full amenities. This condo is open concept, and has 555 sq. ft., and an additional 400 sq ft. veranda. The unit has a queen bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, 44" smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning. We offer a roof top palapa/lounge area. We also water access just 100 yards for swimming and snorkeling. The space Coconut Palm Unit #1 is located on the 1st level and the rooftop with palapa and lounge area is on the 3rd level. Guest access Guests have access to Coconut Palm condo with private 400 sq ft. veranda area. The guest also has access to the rooftop lounge area with palapa. Our pier is just a few steps away on the Carribean Sea.
We Provide: Bikes for guests use and snorkeling equipment.
Other things to note Check out Royal Palm Unit #2 which is an identical floor plan except that it is one floor higher, which gives you better views of the Caribbean Sea. This affords private space if two couples are traveling together by renting both units one and two.

This property is stunning ! The owners and property manager are easy to communicate with prompt reply . The area is less commercial/ tourist . There are restaurants near and a ferry that goes to town . We definitely will be back !!!
Brad, Mark, and Venzie were great hosts — warm and quick to respond, with great tips about places to go and sights to see. Fabulous terrace where the view and breeze were as peaceful as any place we’ve been ina very long time.
The host and co-host did a great job getting us to the condo and helped us up the two flights of stairs with our luggage. We also really appreciate that they gave us an early check in, especially since it was raining and there was nowhere to go for shelter. The condo was clean, beautiful and modern, but had a strong smell of fish because the previous owner left fish in the trash and because the microwave had also evidently been used to reheat the fish. (Although the housekeeper had taken the kitchen trash can outside before our arrival, the condo still smelled of fish for the first 3 days.) We kept some of the windows opened and gave the microwave a thorough cleaning. Although having included access to two bikes, the roads leading to any store, restaurant, or other part of the island were ridden with many muddy puddles. Anytime there is rain, expect to have to ride bikes through puddles. Because of placement of palm trees/leaves, Ocean views are NOT available from the lower unit unless you’re at least 6 feet tall. We stayed a week and were told no housekeeping services are provided with a stay of seven days. (Ten (10) day minimum requirement for housekeeping. Finally, it was only because of the intervention of the co-owner, Mark, that we were able to feel heard during the stay. The co-host responses to concerns made us feel as if she thought we were incompetent or inconveniencing her. 1 day before leaving, Chris addressed our primary concerns.
We loved every minute spent at Palm Life. It felt safe, peaceful, and was very, very comfortable, equipped with all modern conveniences. It's a bit off the beaten path on the north island of Caye Caulker, but just a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride from El Ben Cabanas resort, which has a great restaurant and pool facilities available to Palm Life guests (El Ben and nearby Happy Lobster also deliver and provide golf cart transport to and from their restaurants). Grocery store is close as well. Also easy to get back and forth across The Split to south island, or north to Bliss Beach, via boat from Palm Life's pier. Best thing about this accommodation is the on-site management, which responded immediately to every single inquiry or concern from the booking process on, then repeatedly went beyond the call of duty to earn our trust and ensure we had everything we needed while there.
