"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"Great location for parents weekend at USC. It became our home base. We could all meet up and head out as a group. The lines to the bars were too long, so we came back and used the game room. "We really enjoyed our stay at Mrs Shirley's condo. It is a small , quaint space with all of the amenities. Great location near the pool! Parking is a little tricky if you have more than one vehicle but it was fine! Will definitely stay again!!"

"It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all.
