"Beautiful place "

"I really liked the extremely friendly staff . They greeted us and treated us very well. The food was deliscious and a great variety. Also we liked the house cat and cool pool. Very Close to the beach. Highly recommended. A very very little Bit of noise but no problem. We have been to four Hotels in Turkey this is the best so far. Thank you very very much Lora & Adrian"

"" " The hotel was great. The Turkish stuff was very friendly and welcoming, the Russian speaking ones not so much. The food was great! The best pahlava I've ever tried! The territory around the hotel is beautiful! "-" When we arrived to the hotel, we was placed in a smallest room possible, where the door lock got broken within 10 minutes of our being in the room. There was only 1 bed, we had to ask for another one. I booked "Comfort" room with a balcony and 1 full size and 1 single beds. Next day they moved us to a "Comfort" room, but room had 2 single beds. I was traveling to Turkey to see my mom, whom I have not seen for over 10 years, so I was not in a mood for any kind of fight, so we made it work. But this "welcome" totally destroyed our first day together. Then there was a situation with a WIFI, where nobody could help... Also, I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the fact that our room floor never got a wet cleaning (even though room service was daily) kind of freaks me out a bit (we stayed for 11 nights). I would say, it is a great place to stay, but the customer service and cleaning could totally be better!!! "

"Lovely boutique type hotel, but like with most other Turkish hotels we have stayed in, it’s just looking a bit tired, untidy and unloved. Generally the room was fine but there was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom and the shower was pretty poor. The reception area is untidy as is the bar area, which could be a really nice area if it was tidied up. Saying all of that, I would be more than happy to stay there again. "

"We had never been to this part of Turkey before and so the hotel was chosen based upon its online reviews. I have to say it is lovley. We had an issue with our allocated room upon arrival but the front desk manager swapped us straight away. The food is good, yes all inclusive does get repetitive but there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend the Italian a la carte, gorgeous. Drinks were fantastic, branded spirits and cocktails. Special mention to cigarillo bar staff they were amazing and always remembered our drinks. Animation team are also in the go all day and night. We tend to not get too involved but the entertainment at night was good and the after disco in the bar was also good. If you are looking for a hotel full of English people then this isn’t the hotel for you, but if like us you are happy to mix them it is a beautifully located hotel on the beach front and a short walk into town.
