"The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "

"Fitness center is very good,tennis courts are ok , maybe can be improved the maintenance of the net ( couple of them was not properly set up).the sea is great , like Sardinia in the morning ...and with Beautiful waves sometimes to have fun...the lifeguards are the best ever seen . What can be improved is the level of the evening events arranged by the stuff : probably ok for childrens but not for adult people...people at the reception are amazing and always available."

"The place was lovely and probably more so in the spring or in summer. We visited as we had business in town. The place was beautiful however location wise it is best suited for those with cars as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Transportation is ok but bus intervals are usually 1hr apart. As for the bus stop it is right outside Dolce Vita but it's pitch black dark at night and dangerous so be careful. I would recommend you to rent a car when staying here."

"Casa in zona tranquilla, un pò fuori mano, il proprietario persona disponibile e gentile, due appunti da fare: le porte interne non si chiudono sembrano gonfire o fuori squadra, al nostro arrivo un forte odore di chiuso andava arieggiata qualche ora prima. In bagno il minimo indispensabile, phon da viaggio in dotazione non adeguato per i capelli delle donne, consiglio uno leggermente più grande e performante se non si vuole stare delle ore per asciugarsi i capelli. Nel complesso esperienza...

"Struttura abbastanza deludente, a cominciare dal fatto che lenzuola e asciugamani sono un extra per il quale vengono richiesti 20 euro a testa senza la possibilità di cambio durante la settimana, a meno di pagare nuovamente. Trattandosi di un residence e non di un appartamento privato, è stata una brutta sorpresa così come il fatto che mancasse tutto (sapone, asciugacapalli, carta igienica). Pulizia davvero scarsa, l'appartamento era piuttosto sporco e nessuno si è presentato per dare una...

"Property was clean but staff was limited in their ability ro understand english. A/C did not work and beds where all singles. Overall, i would stay here in a pinch but it would not be my first choice."
