"Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ zentral gelegen, viele Dinge sind somit auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Grimma an sich ist eine nette kleine Stadt,sehr sauber und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Probleme gab es nur beim Einchecken, da der Vermieter keine Daten von mir und ich keine von ihm hatten. Desweiteren war bei ihm keinerlei Zahlungseingang bei hinterlegt. "We booked this for a one night stay. We never received confirmation about how to access the property. The number for the property manager in the listing was a disconnected number and they never responded to messages through the app. We were never given access to the property. When contacting VRBO support they also couldn't reach the property manager and started the refund process, which we still haven't recieved. Poor service all around!"

"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"... The "apartment" rented to us was not a true rental, it was someone else's full time apartment that was cleaned for us. It had all the articles of the owner. Really gross. The people who live and work there really try hard and are nice, but not disclosing the cat pee stink and the fact that the property was someone's permanent...
