This rental will be available only for the 3 week period from Saturday 4th to 25th August 2018.
Beautiful modern villa, very pleasant to live in peace in 300m of the town center, leaned on the path leading to the scrubland.
An attic room that can be used as extra sleeping (3persons) not counted in description of rooms. 2 cats "Broock and Djack who are used to being outside, a bowl of croquette to put and that's all not embarrassing, there is the scrubland and they are used to it.
Parts and doorways very wide.
Colorful and sunny house very pleasant.
South facing pool 8m * 4m in front of the living room.
Automatic garden watering.
Plot of 850 square meters.
TV downstairs, Hi. Internet and big screen in living room.
Laundry room and shoe storage.
Additional freezer laundry.
The terrace was made entirely new wood in July 2014.
A comfortable sofa on terrace dating from 2016.
Downstairs bathroom made 2016 with hamam cabin.
Entrance gateway redone in 2017.

Très agréable villa, très bien équipée et avec piscine superbe.
La villa est située dans un lotissement fort calme, un peu à l'extérieur de Caveirac, mais le centre de ce village est très facilement accessible à pieds. La villa est très agréable, fort bien équipée et dispose d'une piscine très plaisante au milieu d'une vaste terrasse partiellement abritée. Nous avons vécu essentiellement à l'extérieur, et un léger manque d'ombrage doit être corrigé prochainement nous a dit le propriétaire. L'accueil par le propriétaire le suivi ont été fort sympathiques et très faciles. Caveirac est très proche de Nîmes mais les commerces indispensables sont très proches et facilement accessibles. De ce village, il est facile de se rendre si l'on est motorisé, dans bien des lieux intéressants comme Uzes, Sommières, le Pont du Gard etc. Le dimanche matin, un très joyeux marché se tient à Calvisson à 4 ou 5 km de la villa. En bref, un excellent séjour que nous n'hésiterions pas à renouveler si l'occasion se présentait.

Séjour agréable familial
Très belle maison, piscine idéale et proche du lieu de repas pour surveiller des enfants. Propriétaire a l’écoute et qui a su me mettre à disposition pour notre arrivée et départ. 2 espaces bien distinct pour grande famille. Accepte également animaux, balade à faire dans le garrigue A revoir dans la cuisine, certains points sur les appareils ménagers. Et peu d’espace à l’ombre sur la terrasse le temps du midi

Nous avons réservé une maison pour 8 personnes, selon le descriptif. Mais 1 lit manquait. Idem pour le nombre de chaises et les places autour de la table sur la terrasse...6 places seulement. La propreté de la cuisine laissait vraiment à désirer. Néanmoins, la terrasse, la piscine, les zones d'ombres, les espaces dans la maison et les sanitaires étaient tout à fait corrects, de même que l'agencement de la cuisine.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé en famille un séjour de rêve dans cette magnifique maison au calme dans un petit village proche de Nîmes. Très bien équipée, confort exceptionnel, très propre et bien entretenue, superbes piscine, terrasse et jardin .

Des vacances au top !
Je m'étais promis de ne pas faire de commentaire "positif"... Forcément, plus le commentaire est positif, moins j'ai de chance de pouvoir y retourner car ce sera toujours complet ! Bref, j'ai craqué ! Une villa conforme aux photos et descriptions nous a ouvert ses portes dans un cadre très agréable : la garrigue derrière la maison et un village invitant à de bonnes balades. À 5 min des commerces du centre et 15 min de Nîmes, la situation géographique offre de très bons compromis. L'accueil nous a conforté dans notre choix : le ton est tout de suite donné lors de la remise des consignes et des clés (disponibilité, proximité et écoute). Les équipements, le mobilier et la décoration peuvent être un dépaysement pour certains mais on prend très vite ses marques. La piscine est très agréable pour des brasses de 8:00 à minuit ;) On est bien tombé côté météo et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse tous les jours. Des petits détails qui ont été très appréciés : le barbecue, la hi-fi, le frigo américain, le salon en cuir, la fermeture centralisée des volets, la terrasse en bois entourant la piscine. On aurait voulu rester plus longtemps... Mais il fallait rentrer. Les échanges (avant, pendant et après) avec le propriétaire et Sandrine nous encouragent à revenir. J'espère qu'il restera toujours de la dispo pour nous...

Vacances réussies +++ !
La maison est jolie, lumineuse, pratique, très bien équipée et conforme à la description . Piscine très propre et entretenue tout au long du séjour (merci Bruno!). Accueil super sympa et beaucoup de disponibilité pour tout renseignement (merci Sandrine !). Région que nous avons redécouvert avec beaucoup de plaisir (voiture indispensable). Des tas de choses à voir, à visiter, de belles promenades dans la garrigue toute proche ou des journées farniente à bouquiner au soleil.. Même nos grands ados ont apprécié ! A recommander!!
