"I rented this cottage to bring my mom up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. Everything is beautiful and upscale and just so cute!! We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!"

"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. "This is a nice set up for family and/or friends. They did a nice job on the remodel. An early check-in and leisurely checkout was offered and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s nestled at the end of the street, so lots of privacy and very quiet. Would stay here again!"
