"Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Sadly, we went during the COVID-19 outbreak, but we needed a mental health getaway. Amenities were not open, stores were closed... but it worked for us because we just needed to get out of my small apartment and be somewhere else.
