"Antonella is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect, a few steps from bus stop to and from airport Ciampino and metro Subaugusta to get to city centre. Room was lovely, comes with any comfort and makes you feel like at home. Breakfast included was very much appreciated. Would recommend and definitely choose again in the future"

"There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come.
