"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. "I love the excellent restaurant on Ground floor of Hotel. I enjoyed Great Coffee & variety of foods in the morning. I like the entrance atmosphere of this building. Just only one disappointed to the Reception staff. He’s looked too busy to talk to me."

"Hotel stay was nice up til 7pm when a rock concert was held in the garden of the hotel. This went on til about 1am. We planned an early start to drive to Rome leaving at 6 am with little sleep as the other residents arrives back in rooms at around 4am. If we had known there was a band playing we would've looked elsewhere! "

"It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each...
