"The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms have a large bathroom and a great amount of storage. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, underground parking, easy access to the beach. My only complaint is that while the hotel is generally very quiet, any noise from the hallway is heard very loudly in the room."

"Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend visiting this hotel. Staff seem very disinterested in helping with anything. Kept having power cuts in our room, which staff didnt seem to care about and just told us to keep tripping the electrical switch in the hallway... We had what looked like fresh soil stains in our duvet after the room was turned over whilst we were out (with pictures). Very pleasant surprise when coming back from a day trip! The elevator next to our room seemed to be running...

"Excellent hotel. Staff were so helpful with helping us get around Venice. The bathroom is a bit small and could be an issue if you are a large person. The shower is a fold up door and very small. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic with great restaurants everywhere & close to supermarket. Will definitely be back. "
