"The staff was so helpful and always there, should you have questions. Very clean facility. They cleaned our room daily, changed our sheets twice, in our 7 day stay. Their breakfast area is spotless, and the food was amazing. Pastries, yogurt, fresh meat & cheese, fruit, fruit juices, milk, cereal, toast, Cappuccino, coffee and bottled water. "Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond! Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire."
