"We had the most brilliant time in this gorgeous house. The views over the valley and hills are beautiful. We loved watching the red kites and also seeing the planes take off and land from above (there are so few of them it is never disturbing). The house is spacious and we loved the style inside and out. "We enjoyed our stay here. The villa was spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs terrace which is off the main bedroom. A great place to hide from the Corsican heat and enjoy the views. The villa is in a remote area but only a 15 minute walk to the village where there is a useful store and lovely restaurant/bar. Lovely beaches are within a 15/20 minute drive. My only disappointment (given we arrived late) was there wasn't a welcome package on arrival so had to wait until the...

"Our group of 10 stayed in the owner's other house in Corbara, which is quite nearby. The area is breathtaking, it was one of our favorite spots on the island. The Corbara house was wonderful, newly built and very comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size with new beds. The kitchen was a bit small for cooking for 10 and it had a low range hood that everyone bumped their heads into at least once. We had issues with the BBQ in the back and only used it once. "Catherine has done a great job of putting together a very comfortable place to stay while in the north of Corsica. This is a beautiful and newly built and furnished duplex with its own pool and great privacy. Just a 10-minute drive up the hill from Calvi and close to many nice beaches (and vineyards) nearby. "Villa en campagne, proche commerces, plages, port de l'île Rousse! Idéal pour partir en famille ou entre amis! Piscine chauffée!!! On a bien pu en profiter en octobre!! On est ravi!! Il y a juste eu la piscine pas trop propre à l'arrivée mais avec le robot et épuisette cela a été vite réglé. Et le chemin d'accès est un peu endommagé. Mais cela reste une super location de vacances 👍"
