Villa of 190m2 composed of two independent apartments: the top and the bottom of the villa (each has its own entrance into the garden). The top of the villa is on the ground floor; an external staircase leads down to the lower level of the villa.

Swimming pool (8m50 x 3m50), for exclusive use, heated to 28°C from April to the11th of November, 2023.

Lovely stay
A brilliant holiday in a lovely area. House was perfect for a group of 11 in our 20s. Pool is massive, bedrooms all have aircon which is great. Ample space for us all and great amenities. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Surpassed expectations. 2 spacious apartments. Incredible views. Large pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We did walk back from the town once and it was fine for fit afults and older children...but really you need a car to make the most of the surrounding area and facilities. 5 mins drive to large supermarket and a number of lovely beaches. Good selection of local bars n restaurants. Great BBQ.

Perfect!
Check in process was easy with keys in a lockbox at the villa. The house itself is divided into two separate apartments both fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We found it very clean on arrival. My husband and I had the upstairs and our daughter and her husband had downstairs. Both levels have easy access to the pool and amazing views!! We had breakfast outside every day either by the pool or up on the balcony. Location is good if you don’t mind driving a bit. A good hour to St Tropez and Port Grimaud over mountain roads. We ate in Cavaliere sur Mer about four times and found there to be lots of fabulous bars and restaurants locally. You would still need a car though for dining and shopping in town. There are no shops within walking distance of the villa. Local beaches are lovely and there is a pretty little port to explore. The only minor negatives we had were: The pool is heated to 28C but we found this temp too cold for swimming so didn’t use it. Each apartment only has one toilet and this might be difficult if you had a large family or a group of friends staying there. WiFi didn’t work while we were there. We didn’t report this as we just used our own data but on our last day a technician turned up to repair it, so I assume the owners were aware. Sadly, no one informed us of the repairmen coming and this caused us some aggravation but this was our only complaint. Otherwise a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend this property. The views over the surrounding hills and down to the sea are simply spectacular!!

Ein schönes Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Aussicht in der Nähe zum Ort Cavalaire-sur-Mer und zu den Stränden. Wer es sportlich will, kann alles zu Fuß machen (2 km bin in den Ort), alle anderen benötigen Auto oder E-Bike. Der Garten bietet Möglichkeiten für jedes Wetter und besticht durch den Pool. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Bemol: Für die Schlüsselübergabe/Check-in wünsche ich mir etwas mehr Klarheit.

Familienurlaub an der Cote D"Azur
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und vor allem die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn es eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln gibt, dann nur die Stühle draußen, die etwas unbequem sind. Pool und Aussicht sind fantastisch.

Das Haus war wunderschön. Sehr schöne Lage. Da das ganze Grundstück vollständig umzäunt war auch perfekt für Kinder und unseren Hund. Leider hatten wir diese Jahr etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und der Pool war daher wenig nutzbar. C‘est la vie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un tres beau séjour dans cette très belle villa. La piscine chauffée à 28 degré est un véritable atout qui permet de se baigner meme par météo un peu mitigée. le logement est agréable et bien equipé au niveau des pièces de vie et de la chambre parentale, par contre les chambres des enfants sont moins agréables, et sombres. Je ne l'ai pas testé personnellement mais il semblerait que matelas de la chambre parentale du haut est très inconfortable. Nous avons néanmoins passé une magnifique semaine dans cette belle maison avec une vue magnifique

Comme nous étions une famille de 13 personnes plus un chien, j'ai apprécié le fait que la cuisine du logement du bas était en tout point parfaite pour 13( vaisselle , espace..) Sinon je pensais que la plage était plus proche

Pro: unfassbar schöner Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer, großzügiges Haus, komplett eingezäunter, schöner Garten, in dem man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat, großer, gepflegter Pool, ruhige Lage, Klima/Heizung trotz Temperaturen im März ausreichend warm, 2 Waschmaschinen, großer, neuer Kühlschrank im EG, guter Wasserdruck in den Bädern, sehr schnelle Hilfe und Support bei Internetausfall, freundliche Kommunikation mit Sonia und Stéphanie Negativ: Geschirr nicht sauber, Mobiliar teilweise sehr abgenutzt und unbequem, gleiches gilt für die Gartenliegen, Arbeiten am Esstisch im EG schwierig, da das Signal vom OG nicht ausreicht, Armaturen verkalkt, Lampen verrostet und wackelig, Klima/Heizung teils älter und lauter, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir sie zum Schlafen ausgestellt haben Gesamt: Das Haus ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Juwel. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen, wenn man bedenkt, dass es 6 Schlafzimmer gibt und weiß, was andere Häuser mit solch einem Ausblick in der Region kosten.

Well equipped spacious house with splendid view
We had a great time, the house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrasse with pool, enough chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas as well. The pool is heated, but the real asset of the house is the splendid view over the coast and Cavalaire. We would like to come back.

La vue est superbe L’appartement double comporte tout ce dont on a besoin. L’eau de la piscine est bien chauffée. Nous avons pu nous y baigner matin, midi, soir et nuit malgré une semaine au temps très mitigé pour un mois de septembre. Les plages des environs de cavalaire sont vraiment bien. Que du bonheur!

A notre arrivée la piscine était sale. L evier de la cuisine au rez de chaussée bouche. Fuited'eau ds la sdb impossibilité de servir du tiroir ss le lavabo au rez-de-chaussée. Mauvaises odeurs dû certainement à la clim. La douche de l'étage ne s'écoulait pas b. Pour l'extérieur table près de la cuisine inutilisable. Les fauteuils relax pas du tout adaptés aux personnes âgées de 50 ans. Un store et des volets auraient été appréciés. Portail non sécurisé. A part cela nous avons admiré la vue magnifique et le calme du quartier.

A casa esta muito bem situada, muito espaço e luminosa, ar condicionado muito bom, e colchões tambem. Passamos umas excelentes férias, recomendo. Tivemos a luz da piscina avariada, mas depois de comunicado, foi imediatamente reparada.

Erholung pur an der Côte d’Azur
Die Villa ist etwas höher gelegen mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und schenkt völlige Privatsphäre für eine Gruppe bzw. Familie. Wie im Inserat beschrieben ist alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt! Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. An Klimaanlagen wurde nicht gespart, jeder Raum ist ausgestattet. Alles in Allem eine klare Empfehlung vor allem für Familien mit Kindern.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Prima. Zu bemängeln: der Spielplatz(Schaukel) ist eher ein Steinacker, haben wir nicht genutzt. Ablauf Dusche musste erst enthaart werden, das Wasser lief über. Viele Kakteen auf dem Gelände sollten zurückgeschnitten werden, wir haben uns immer wieder gestupft, auch die Kinder. Handtuch übergabe in 2. Woche hat nicht gekappt. Aber die Lage vom Haus ist toll und der Pool entschädigt alles, über die Mängel kann man hinwegsehen.
