Mountain Apartment Cauterets

Apartment facing south, with two large windows, view overlooking Cauterets and the surrounding mountains. Located in a quiet location 500m from the town center, the spa and the cable car to the slopes amount of Lys. Floor area 35m2 plus terrace south of 9m2, 3m2 more airlock entrance. Bright and spacious apartment of 3 (not 4 adults) sleeps consisting of a dining room, a separate bedroom with a large bed for 2 and a sofa bed for two children or an adult (in the living room). The kitchen is separated and the toilet over the bathroom.
Individual car park at the foot of the apartment. House arrest by a concierge. Free shuttle all year throughout the 30 minutes down the residence. Ideal for cures and walks nearby on foot or mountain bike, and for cross-country skiing and track.

Logement agréable mais qui aurait besoin d'être rajeuni
Logement bien situé et bien aménagé mais qui aurait besoin d'être rajeuni avec un nouveau clic clac et une couette à la place des couvertures pour que ce soit plus sein. Nous avons apprécié le balcon et sa vue ainsi que la place de parking mais aurions aimé un logement un peu plus moderne.

Très agréable séjour
Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour. L'appartement mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais nous l'avons trouvé assez fonctionnel (hormis la position des prises électriques dans la cuisine).

Correct mais la description de l'appartement ne correspond pas à la réalité.
L'appartement est spacieux et la vue est belle mais il semble figé dans le temps. D'autre part dans la description il est noté une chambre séparée et un appartement lumineux. Il n'y a pas de chambre c'est une alcove dans le salon séparée par un rideau et malgré un temps magnifique, nous devions allumer la lumière. Tout ça n'est pas très grave mais les propriétaires semblent très scrupuleux sur les "commandements des locataires", je pense que les propriétaires ont aussi des commandements à savoir faire une description juste de leur appartement. Pour notre part, avoir une chambre séparée faisait partie de nos critères de location.

3 semaines de détente au calme et au soleil
Appartement agréable dans une résidence calme, jouissant d'une terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Très bon rapport qualité / prix, mais des travaux seraient nécessaires au niveau de la copropriété: Gouttières, ardoises, crépis sont défectueux. Cela n'a en rien affecté la qualité de notre séjour, la météo particulièrement favorable nous ayant permis de pratiquer de longues et belles randonnées.

la vue est agréable
les propriétaires font le maximum pour vous faciliter le séjour. Des travaux ont été faits mais la cuisine et la salle de bain pourraient être rafraichis. Le logement est de bonne grandeur pour 4 personnes.
