Disappointed with rating and hotel
I don’t really understand how this hotel is rated fabulous as there’s nothing fabulous about the hotel itself. The building and furniture inside are old and out of date, the rooms have no charm, the service is not good. Some examples are: they only gave us shampoo and soap the first day, the consecutive days we asked for a refill and they said that it was complimentary only on arrival, they didn’t empty the bin in the bathroom (it was full) and had to take it down myself, they don’t provide baby cot, the cafe they have is only open for about 3 hours a day split in morning and evening. They provide no kettle or small coffee machine in the room. In addition, the owners seem like they’re doing you a favour for allowing you to stay there. I’ve travelled a lot in my life and I’ve received better treatment and service in hostels so I’m not sure why it even has 3 stars.
The only good thing about it is the location. I wouldn’t go back.
