Localisation top mais pas le logement
Très bel emplacement pour ce logement. On ne s'attend pas a une aussi petite cour quand on arrive avec un très gros vis à vis. Logement très mal isolé (on entend clairement les conversations des voisins), pas très propre et qui sent le renfermé. Il est par contre propre de toutes randonnées sans forcément prendre la voiture donc point positif sur ce point et bien agencé.

Appartement bien équipé mais qui manque d'entretien : eau brûlante, dessus du frigo qui a fondu, lampadaire dans la chambre défectueux. Le plus gros point noir reste l'humidité avec une odeur pas très agréable.

Les plus : - bien placé - fonctionnel - bien équipé : plaques cuisson, frigo, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, vaisselle - un espace extérieur Des idées pour améliorer - un meilleur service de l'agence lors de l'accueil : donner l'adresse précise de l'agence, ne pas oublier de fournir le code ;) supprimer du trousseau celles qui sont inutiles (il y a 8 clés pour un appartement de 30 métres carrés. - réparer, remplacer les petites choses qui le méritent : le système qui pivote entre douche et bain pour lequel il faut une pince, la cafetière qui semble ne plus fonctionner, certaines poignées de placard qui restent dans les mains - et le point le plus important l'humidité très importante : en plein mois d'août ça reste supportable car il est possible d'aérer. Ca doit être plus difficle lorsqu'il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la porte....

Agréable séjour. Points forts¦ appartement bien situé (proche centre ville, commerces, télécabines et thermes...), bien agencé avec une cour intérieur. Point faible ¦ humidité.
