"The views from this home were amazing! Morning you woke up to the chirps of birds and the ocean in front of you. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and every room had great views. The best part was that this was a gated community, so the beach was like a private beach that would be shared by Casa Bonita and Westin folks. These two are big buildings that can be seen from anywhere in Panama City! The beach is Westin is accessible...

"Very nice 2 bdrm with a rooftop pool. Close to rooftop bars and many botiques. Historical part of Panama city. Beautiful restaraunt on the premises. Price per night was excellent for the area. Will stay again if available."

"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

"Great Location and view from pool area our apartment was located in the 24th Floor great view! Main Air Conditioning unit in the living room was not working and bathrooms could use a remodel but besides that location and views were great."

"No Communication with Host. No access to property. Not even an address to go to. Just takes your money and leaves you stranded. Don't book VRBO ! They have 3 hour wait times ( your are calling from a different country) Promises you help and escalation that never comes. I don't even bother to write more since VRBO won't approve this review anyway."

"We had an excellent stay at this property. Spacious, beautiful views and attentive host. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very timely with meeting us. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! We had to extend a few times waiting on lost travel documents and were accommodated without issue. We would definitely stay here again, as well as other properties that are hosted by Tony. One caution, which Tony pointed out...

"No remote to turn off one bedroom a/c. (We couldn't use that bedroom., it was too cold), The unit needs some attention. Bare minimum in the kitchen for cooking. We liked that it was roomy and that there was a garage. Pool looked beautiful too."

"Had an amazing time at Esteban's condo. Spent a week working from there (fast and reliable internet) and watching ships go by. You really have a front-row seat to all the action in the canal. And I can't stress enough what a great host Esteban is. He does speak perfect English. He picks you up at the airport and then stops at a supermarket with you (since the shopping options are limited if you're without a car), AND gives you a quick tour of the city. You do pay him for that, but it's so worth...

"I'm late doing my review but I had a wonderful experience in Panama and a wonderful experience staying in Amador in Esteban's condo! I will most certainly be back and would love to stay there again. This was my first ever solo trip and I was worried at first but Esteban made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. I just wish I could've met him in person. The only issue I had was when enetering and leaving through the gates the security gaurd's dogs would bark viciously and run after me. I'm not...
