"Absolutely beautiful property in an idyllic location surrounded by greenery. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight each morning. The swimming pool area was lovely although watch out for mosquitoes! Would definitely return."

"My third stay here and, as always, lovely service, convenient location and clean spacious room. My only disappointment was the reduced selection of gluten free items at breakfast. I had grown accustomed to and lauded the selection before. Still Oatria is a wonderful hotel. "

"I made the booking and my booking was confirmed by you. But when we arrived the hotel owner wanted to bring you to a cheap private house. We denied the shaby offer. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. We want the money back!"

"Stayed in Pistoia due to the high prices in Florence, lovely place in its own right. Property was about 10 minutes from the station and very well presented with excellent en suite facilities - wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"The room was very convenient for visiting the Leonardo museum. There was a restaurant near by for supper. We came by bus so we had to watch the schedule out as it was a Sunday and there were only two buses back. Coffee and tea was appreciated. "

"It was amazing. Staff was very accommodating. Very clean and followed all covid restrictions. We ate at the Restaurant twice for dinner. The pasta and ice cream were freshly made! Best we have ever had. Definitely recommend. Very kid friendly."

"This felt like staying as a guest in someone’s home. Hosts Alessandra and Guido are very welcoming. The property is so beautiful overlooking the valley with mountains to the side. We did not know there was a pool which was a fantastic surprise as we arrived in a heatwave. Dinner was a delicious pork chop on the first night and roast beef on the second. "A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "

Great Pistoia hotel.

"The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the piazza. The A/C wasn't working but it wasn't too warm so that was okay. The breakfast is great, fruit, fruit juice, granola, yogurt, fresh baked goods and bread. The restaurant was also excellent and you get a discount if you are staying at the hotel."

Even better than the pictures!

"We loved our stay here in Pistoia! The apartment surpassed our expectations from the pictures...pics don't do this place justice! Rustic and charming, comfortable and cozy, but with plenty of modern upgrades to make it easy. The host thought of everything....we had coffee pods, sugar, seasonings, paper towels, toiletries in the bathroom, even laundry soap! The view from the kitchen is beautiful....especially the sunset! And i fell in love with Pistoia! It is charming, walkable, and even though it is a small town there were plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and outdoor markets going on. This apartment is the perfect location in town, with a park across the street and a beautiful church you can see from the window. Im so glad we opted to stay outside of Florence! Only a few things to mention: the shower is awesome, but dont adjust the water direction with the curtain open like i did or you will wet the whole bathroom, and the temps were mild while we were there (early June)so we were fine, but it may get hot later in the summer, the portable air conditioners might not keep up. Overall, i highly recommend this beautiful apartment! Also good to note: we took a taxi initially from the train station with all our stuff, but the rest of the time we walked to/from the train station easily. 15 min walk."
