A great place to stay
A nice home with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the environment was peaceful. The outdoor space was good and it was great to be able to bbq. The check in and communication was very good. It was very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay.

Nice location, great community. Dated, we knew this as we saw pictures. Carpet needs to be removed in bathrooms (again, we were aware of carpet in bathrooms) little hick-up upon arrival (no TP or paper towels) but rectified immediately. Great value, would stay here again.

Great location in a beautiful complex that is well maintained with friendly inhabitants. Helpful hosts and easy check-in. House clean and quiet with a nice view of the golf course (I just wish the shower heads were a little taller! =)

This property has not been updated since it was built, however, this allowed us to flash back to that time, it did not detract from our stay. It was well situated for us, close to pickle ball courts and golf club. It was clean and comfortable.

Clean, dated property
The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but nice. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were very good. Everything in the unit was working properly. The community hot tub in our section unfortunately was not. The fees charged for use of the tennis courts was fairly high so we found other public courts to hit on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

4 Star rooms at the Desert Princess
Our arrival and check-in went like clockwork, we unlocked the front door and found a charming and cozy unit to enjoy. the condo was as advertised and held no surprises, except for the Roadrunner that visited the lanai nearly every day. He was so tame that we named it Rex Roadrunner. the kitchen was kitted out with a lot of cookware and baking dishes, which we used. We would stay in the unit again, and recommend it to everyone, especially to tennis and pickle ball players-the courts are a few steps away.

Desert Princess Villa
Very nice place to stay in Cathedral City. Villa was very clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and uneventful. We enjoyed the gated community and all that the public Desert Princess has to offer. I have to say, though, that the unit is pretty dated. That being said, as a couple in their 60's, we relished in the "Dinah Shore" vibe of the place. You guys would really have a Palm Spring gem with some appliance, television and flooring updates. The view is spectacular from both bedrooms and main living area. We had a nice stay and this Minnesota couple thanks you for your hospitality.

our air conditioning did not work for 4 days. the door handle was literally falling off Janely the host was great. Courtney from Arrived was great also, she gave me a decent discount for all our trouble. this place needs some TLC. Blinds kept on falling off Screen door kept on coming off the track

Very lovely medium-sized 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo sitting on a fair way of a beautiful Golf Course
Beautiful setting with three mountain ranges surrounding the city of Cathedral City and golf courses there. Condo is a little dated but that didn't bother us. It was very well stocked with everything you would need. Tennis and pickleball courts, golf Course Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs very well available.

Nice but not overwhelming
This is a reasonably sized condo in Cathedral City. The place was mostly clean, although it had been awhile since anyone had cleaned the tracks the sliding glass doors were supposed to slide on. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook breakfast or even a small dinner. Normal appliances although we couldn't get the microwave to work and only three out of four of the stove burners would come on. Three TVs but on the small side. Internet seemed adequate. There were extra towels provided for the pool. Having two well separated bedrooms was a plus. They provided soap, shampoo and conditioner but I would recommend you bring your own. My biggest gripe about this place was the surprise $600 cleaning charge. I'm assuming that had something to do with Covid but I don't know. The cleaning charge did not include taking out the trash nor washing your dishes, as one was advised to do that yourself. One is supposed to get an email prior to arriving. This email is really important as without it you can't get into the building. We didn't get our email until after we arrived. Calling and messaging the support numbers was mostly to no avail. Finally after 45 minutes of trying we did locate a live person who gave us the entry code. I naively assumed we would be met at the property by either the owner or a manager, this was not the case. You are really on your own if there are problems to be solved. There was an electric car charging station about a 100 meters away. This particular unit was not close to a pool. There were small pools available but they were 300 meters or so distant. Since there were no restroom facilities at any of the small pools, this was a problem.
