"We stayed at the hotel Royal for 2 nights in October. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the centre, however it is up quite a steep hill, so if you have a lot of baggage it’s not ideal. The room itself was ok, not as nice as the one shown in pictures but the bed was comfortable. "A two minute walk from Catania’s train station. The area is bit seedy. Once inside the hotel the seediness is replaced by old world charm and elegance. An enchanting courtyard filled with a variety of thriving plant and trees makes for an ideal place where I enjoyed good strong coffee in the morning and an evening limoncello.
