Wonderful staff including Alessia and Antoniella who were warm and helpful, with advice or anything we wanted eg we felt like some afternoon tea and cakes and Antoniella provided it to us. Sarah gave outstanding massages and we enjoyed their little spa. The chefs Nutsarello and the other chef were both excellent and we particular enjoyed the Valentine’s Day degustation menu. It’s well located, 5 mins drive from Manciano village and yet in the very quiet countryside. Rooms are basic and clean. "

"This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit. "
