We were there during Tet and there were few guests and only 2 staff who were the very best compared to any place I’ve been in the world. "Comfortable. The bedsheets & towels were high grade. Room temperature was just right. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. On our last day, they gave a complimentary boiled eggs snacks for our 6 hour trip back to Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel."
