"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"Friendly staff. Clean room. Simple breakfast. Short walk to many restaurants and the market. The area is still under renovation and construction. A storm hit the area badly in September. Not the hotel's fault, but the address was a bit hard to find unless you're a local."

The vents were covered in dust and I mean covered; the towels were very rough because they’ve been around for a long time; the shower easily flooded the surrounding bathroom floor.
