Solemos coger apartamentos como para vacaciones y este tiene muchos mensaje, se agradece. Por ponerle un pero la cama nido no es para adultos, los colchones son muy finos. El contacto con el anfitrión ha sido perfecto, el día de la llegada no funcionaba la caldera, los avisamos y no habían pasado ni 10 minutos y ya estaban en casa solucionado el problema."

"Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....
