"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"

"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"The location was excellent for an easy walk into old Segova..i came before peak tourism so the outdoor pool was not yet open..not a problem..staff was extremely friendly and helpful..breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay here again if ever back to Segovia!"

"Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs."

"The hotel is situated in a perfect position when driving from the top to the bottom of Spain. However, although the rooms are clean they are very ‘tired’ and require some work.on this occasion we stayed in a different part of the hotel and the neighbours were very noisy, haven’t suffered from this problem before and have stayed many times."

"Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff. "

"Our room had a wonderful view of the Alcazar which you could enjoy from the balcony of the room. The room was very nice and updated. The hotel was conveniently located to the historic attractions which you could walk to. The Alcazar was just a three minute walk away. "

"La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien equipada. La comunicación con el propietario excelente. No entendimos muy bien el anuncio y descubrimos una casa con 4 casas dentro…que no fué un problema en absoluto pero si que está llena de escaleras y eso era un peligro añadido para los niños con el que no contábamos pero no era de gravedad. Si tenemos que poner algún pero diría que entre las casa se oía todo. Si vais en grupo no hay problema pero quizás con extraños es un poco más incómodo. La casa...

"This is an excellent apartment for rent in Sepúlveda. The owner Christina is very helpful and helped us get acquainted with the area sites, restaurants and shops. She owns a bakery/deli next door to the main hotel that is a must stop for breakfast or after dinner snacks. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "

Lovely little village

"Easy to find, very welcoming, beautiful little village. It’s very rustic, charming and hotel and location. If you want peace and quiet with an option to walk the dog in the woods near a river come here. If you just want to get away and do nothing just relax come here. "

Disappointing!

"Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired. Unsafe looking legs on the bed! Room was cold, took 4 hours to heat radiator, NO hot water in very small shower room. No restaurant, just bar food. Expensive, considering the lack of facilities!! Glad to leave! Would not recommend!! "
