Perched high in the hills of Caccamo, this beautifully restored 15th-century olive mill is a testament to Paul and David's passion and artistry. Paul and David have poured their heart and soul into creating an artistic oasis, filled with beauty, comfort, and meticulous detail – truly, no stone was left unturned. While the journey off the beaten path is for the adventurous, the reward is immeasurable; I never wanted to leave. The villa served as a fantastic base for exploring western Sicily. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly connecting with the incredible hosts, Paul and David – two truly amazing people we feel blessed to have met. "Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way. "
