"Loved the pool, very nice hosts, great breakfast, room was nice, however the description of amenities is not accurate - there was not air conditioning in the room, or is there a restaurant or pool side bar, which left us stuck for lunch when enjoying the pool. We booked a rook with river view but did not receive it. That all being said we did enjoy the place - but just beware or what is not accurate "

"After staying in the middle of some cities for several days, this was a nice break in the middle of nature. The staff went the extra miles for non hotel business related stuff. Their dinner recommendation was awesome and their breakfast even better."

"We loved the property itself, the apartments are so nice! The only issue we had was finding the place. The address they provide is just the street it's located on. To find the guest house, you need to go to the Godim cemetery and look across the street. Other way to find it is a couple houses to the West of the church. Other than that, it's a great stay! Hopefully they will update their address in the future! "

"Our stay at Quinta da Ermida was overall fantastic. There were 5 of us staying in the 3-bedroom apartment, which was its own house with separate entry and private bathroom for each room. The view was gorgeous of the river and the train, and the property was beautiful to venture and take in the amazing views. "Wonderful to experience one of these old farmhouse homes for the first time. Full of charm. Amazing old tiled breakfast room and very generous breakfast. A hiccup with finding the place but this was due to address on this website being wrongly listed by the tourist office as the road name had been changed. It’s billed as being ideal for families who want to holiday together but have their own space but this isn’t really the case.
