"Not a 5* hotel Would use it again as a good 4* hotel, clean, good location, staff are pleasant and helpful. No coffee maker or kettle in room which is strange for 5*, non of the Amenities you get at 5* hotel rooms are available in the room ! "

"The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. "The hotel is located in my old neighborhood in Compostela. Perfectly located, close to the hospital (family emergency trip) and to old town. Within walking distance of all the good places. Room was clean and in great condition."

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Vigo. Unfortunately the door to the balcony leaked due to the torrential rain we experienced one night. The bar was not open during our 3 night stay. Vigo is very, very hilly. "
