"I upgraded my room and it was nice and spacious. There were a few small things that weren't quite right with it, though. The shower gel was empty, some of the sachets in the tea/coffee box hadn't been replenished, etc. Reception staff were lovely, the floor staff in the bar seemed over-worked and (understandably) stressed. "We had unparalleled service at Ashling, staying there on and off for six days as we also visited other countries. All of the staff were wonderful, but particularly Ricardo and Nacho. If we could bottle their kindness and enthusiasm to help, we would be so lucky. They had us staying in the Family Room which was spacious, incredibly comfortable beds and clean. The water bars on the 1st and 5th floors wee key. We loved our home away from home, Ashling in Dublin."
