"This house is beautiful and huge but could use upgrading. We had a lot of issues upon arrival, but the property manager worked diligently to get things corrected. There was a housekeeper, but the rooms were cleaned once, not sure what the cleaning schedule was. and maintenance or security (not sure what his title was), was present a few days out of the week. "Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!"
