This house is located right on the lake, on a very quiet and peaceful road. The property is great for swimming, fishing, ice fishing, sun bathing, boating, grilling, kayaking, paddle boarding, reading and family fun time. The views are amazing, and the swimming is wonderful on this part of the lake. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends. There are 4 kayaks and 1 paddle board on the property. This house also includes central air, wifi, a dishwasher and a griddle style grill. There is a smart TV and DVD player, but no cable.

A lovely paradise
This is a great place for a family or friends gathering with a beautiful location by the lake and all you need house including games for the kids, a fire pit and kayaks for some water fun activity

Cute getaway spot!
Stayed here with friends on a snowboarding trip and absolutely loved it. Great views, the house was clean, and everything we needed to cook was there already. Check in/out instructions were clear and simple and the host communicated clearly. We loved it here and are already talking about coming back!

Middlebury Family Weekend Visit
We stayed at the lake house while visiting Middlebury for Family Weekend. Spent a gorgeous Saturday afternoon on the deck with family catching up. Beautiful setting. House was comfortable, quiet and well-stocked with kitchenware, etc. Would love to stay there again another time.

This house was perfect for a quiet Fall getaway. The manager was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns. Sitting by the fire pit next to the lake was just the “pause” I needed.

Idyllic quiet out of the way setting
If you are looking for a quiet off the beaten track lakeside setting in a well manicured house, you can't go wrong here. Plenty of space for a family with multiple private bedrooms and a large basement which could be both or either a communal or sleeping space. Plenty of room outside on deck and yard. The pictures are representative. The owner and manager communication was very thorough. Highly recommended if you are targeting this area of beautiful VT. We look forward to returning.

Another nice stay
This is not our first time at this property. We have stayed here a couple of times as a home base for visiting our son at nearby Castleton University. We tailgate at football games and it is a perfect spot to prep from . It is serene for when we need post game peace !

What a view!
Spacious house with plenty of room for all. Air hockey was a big hit. Watching the ice fisherman was really interesting! Nice and close to Castleton University.

Lake House VT
Overall experience with family was great! Kayaks, paddle board and extra outdoor amenities made the experience a memorable one. Air conditioning is super cold on the first floor and warm upstairs but there are plenty of clean towels, toiletries, and blankets. King size bed was super comfortable and cozy. Great place to spend time with family.

Everything Perfect
Four of us senior ladies had a few days away at this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and in a great location. We spent hours relaxing and looking at the lake. It was well stocked with supplies. From this house we took short trips to other nice spots in Vermont. Collin was quick to answer any questions. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful view!!
Loved the view and the home. It was clean and well maintained. The stay was very relaxing. The only thing that could have been improved was that the downstairs bedroom was cold and did not seem to be connected to the heating system. I’m sure it is comfortable in the summer but not this time of year. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

The Great Escape on the lake
The house, the location on the lake are magnificent. It was a hot weather week, and the central air was a perfect way to cool off, if we were not taking a swim. Everything about the house, especially the redone bathroom’s, we’re excellent. If I could improve one thing, it would be making it a bit easier to get down the hill to the lake from the house. We already are booked for next year. We loved it. 👍

Perfect weekend getaway!
My family and I had a great time on the lake! The house was the perfect size for our group, all of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The deck and lawn area were spacious. The fire pit was the perfect ending to the nights! We did bring our own firewood, but there were also firewood stands nearby the home. Mike, the property manager, was very responsive and answered all of our questions leading up and during our stay. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. We are hoping to plan another weekend getaway to Lake Bomoseen!

Great spot right on the lake
We had a wonderful stay at the house! Everything was as expected and as listed. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and well maintained, and the open living room/kitchen provided enough space for a small family gathering. The air hockey table and various kids toys were also a hit with the children! Our only issue was the sliding door took some muscle to open and shut! It’s possible it was a cold weather issue and is not a problem in the summer. Thank you for having us- we would definitely stay again!

One glitch
Mostly happy with our stay, with one pretty MAJOR glitch - no hot water for evening and in the morning. Really was a pretty big annoyance, as we had to contact the manager & try to see if we could fix it ourselves. And the manager came in morning to try a fix, but kind of jammed us up a bit - as that was Eclipse Morning and we wanted to get out fairly early. But it worked out in the end. Hope others don’t have same problem.
