"The views from the house were spectacular! The house had all the essentials! The location was superb -- close to the lighthouse and the beach but quiet surroundings! Michael, the host, -- easy to talk to and very accommodating! 2 thumbs up for this homey place!!"

"This is a great place to relax and chill. Good for winter or summer, with the woodburner and the spa. Surrounded by trees, places to walk. The local pub does a mean (big!) burger, and Castlepoint is a short drive away for a walk or surf or swim. Fully kitted out kitchen, and Masterton supermarkets not far away. Wifi works fine. Perfect escape for a long weekend."
