"We had a great stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel was clean. They offered free coffee tea and hot coco. Breakfast was good got breakfast and cold stuff offered. Had eggs and meat waffles with different types of toppings like strawberry. Room was handicap as i was traveling with a handicap person. It was great space in the room. Pool and hot tub were great too. "

"The staff was very courteous and friendly. One member told me about how to get to scenic sites easily and took the time to detail facts about the area and others near Castle Rock. Breakfast was fair but it was filling. Rooms were comfortable."

"Their was an error on our expedia dates for our stay but when we arrived augustine at the front desk jumped in and went above and beyond the call of duty. Hebcalled expedia directly and helped get it all straightened out It was a refreshing site as good customer service is a lost art. Thanks again augustine keep up the great work!!!"
