The poolside area and outside seating areas are great places to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The nearby town has all the essential facilities you need"

"We had a fantastic week long stay at the Gîte Mas du Cournon. Sébastien and Magali were so welcoming and greeted us on our arrival to show us everything with the property. Their communication before and during the stay was excellent too. The Gîte itself is a beautiful barn conversion and very tastefully done. The location is very secluded so not means it is wonderfully peaceful and very dark at night. You would definitely need a car to do any day trips or visit local towns. The nearest bakery/small shop is about 10 mins/8km away in Viols Le Fort, which was nice to get fresh croissants and bread on a morning. We had our infant daughter with us (18 months old) and the hosts provided us with everything we needed (cot, baby bath, toys, changing mat, stair gates). Having use of the pool is excellent, it's in their beautiful garden and is very refreshing! Would thoroughly recommend the property for anyone looking to visit the Montpellier area - it's about 1hr 20 from some beautiful beaches, 1hr 30 from Avignon and 30mins from Nîmes. There is plenty to explore!"
